This notice covers the PAC: Woman waitlist website only. It does not cover the future PAC: Woman app, which will have its own privacy information before launch.

When you join the waitlist we collect your first name and email address.

We record your acknowledgement of this notice and, separately, whether you choose to receive marketing emails, with the date and time of each choice.

If you arrive through a referral link or campaign link, we record the referral code and campaign details in the link, such as the source and campaign name.

To protect the form from misuse, we use a hidden spam check field and limit repeated submission attempts.

We use your details to manage your waitlist registration and, if you ticked the second box, to send you updates about PAC: Woman. We rely on your consent for both. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@personaladvisorycircle.com or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

To send an email asking you to confirm your email address.

To provide your personal invitation link and count confirmed referrals.

Acknowledging this notice is not consent to marketing. Marketing emails are only sent if you tick the separate marketing box, and you can change this choice at any time.

Our database is hosted in Ireland (EU), provided through Lovable Cloud.

Confirmation emails are sent through Lovable's managed email service from notify.personaladvisorycircle.com.

Once you confirm your email address, your registration and preferences are shared with HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, which stores contact records in its EU data centre in Germany. Unconfirmed registrations are not sent to HubSpot.

Confirmation links expire after 24 hours.

We keep your waitlist details until the app launches and for 12 months afterwards, unless you withdraw consent or ask us to delete them sooner.

You may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, to object to its use, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. To ask for your data to be deleted or exported, email hello@personaladvisorycircle.com.
